Outro dia estava tentando fazer algumas imagens panorâmicas para um trabalho. Daí um redator aqui da agência me mandou este link da fotógrafa Kathy Li para mostrar com se faz. É uma série chamada “Pequenos Planetas” com fotos produzidas pelo milagroso Photoshop. Faz com que as imagens pareçam os planetinhas do livro Pequeno Príncipe. Usar o Photoshop pra tirar umas espinhas, uns pelinhos ou aquela celulite que “só aparece” na foto não é novidade pra ninguém. Todo mundo sabe também que a esmagadora maioria das fotos (principalmente mulheres) recebem esse tipo de ‘tratamento pós-produção’, mas sempre somos surpreendidos.

O’Reilly is selling a 58-page PDF that shows you how to create high dynamic range (HDR) photographs. It’s written by Jack Howard (who took the photo shown here) and costs $7.99. The HDR process involves taking several pictures of the same scene with different camera settings to capture as much detail as possible in shadows, midtones, and highlights, and then combining the images in Photoshop or other application. Check out Flickr’s HDR group for lots of eye-popping examples.

Estou aqui postando uma segunda aula básica sobre o GIMP. A primeira aula você pode acessar aqui. Nesta aula iremos aprender a remover verrugas, espinhas, cravos, cicatrizes e todo tipo de marca em fotos. Também iremos aprender um efeito simples para “alisar” a pele, o que remove celulite, diminui pés de galinha e rugas, e deixa a pele com uma textura melhor.
Muita gente estava me “torrando a paciência” pra eu fazer uma vídeo aula de GIMP, igual as anteriores que fiz do Inkscape e do Xara Xtreme, rs. Daí já uni o útil ao agradável e criei um vídeo ensinando a criar os famosos “gotchis” (estas imagems de exibição do autor que mostram apenas sua cabeça) que vários autores do planeta se perdem na hora de criar.
